There has been too much of sms and talks mocking at vijay and his vettaikaran movie recently. And i know everyone enjoyed it whether u being a vijay fan or not. The music of this movie has been criticised and acclaimed by two different clans!!!!!
Although i wouldn't rate this album very high, after a lot of deliberate hearing since i hesitated to hear the same for a long time i must agree that i really liked two songs. Chinna thammarai was really good when i heard it for the first time. The mix of string and bass instrumnets really made it a lot good to hear. Karigalan, a peppy folk song was another track that captured my attention....
The rest of the songs though the lyrics look very odd and ugly, puliurmuthu and naa aducha really keeps you tapping your foot after u are half way through it....
having said that, vijay antony carries his reputation of giving a minimum of two good songs per album....which is a commendable effort.
