A ton of tons.

Cricket, has been a religion in India. And i am no exception  following the same, but when it comes to play, i will ask how to do? :D The elusive ton of tons has been a point of talk since long now, and was finally achieved yesterday against Bangladesh. While the 100 has been pushed to the background coz of the lose and everyone talking about his 100's contribution to the overall score......for someone like me, it does not matter if India wins or not...for they have lost all the matches in Aus and Eng and I am more used to them losing than winning. So i really dont give a S*** if India wins or not. And in all these matches, Sachin's average has been among the top 2 in all forms of the game in the playing 11.

While people are calling him to retire, Just a question to them whom are they expecting to be in the 11? The likes of Jadega and Rohit? Who score 10 or less in most games...i would be rather happy to see this man score that 10...and remember, he is a better fielder and runner than these two. So with all due respects to all the esteemed bashers, please refrain from talking about him when most (not all) people of his age or more wont be able to sweat out in the sun all day with high energy.

Please enjoy his batting while he is still around, the last of the classic era of cricket with great technique and aggression. India as a team and board are hypocrites less said the better. When he decides to call it a day, many around the globe including me will stop practicing this religion. Having grown up watching Cricket with SRT, it is hard to imagine a state where the playing 11 will no more have the famed initials.

Let Glory be Kalyan.

You are right sir.. Many will stop watching Cricket, when they find the T-Shirt with number 10 missing from India's playing 11..

Inversely, as accepted by Sachin, scoring the 100th ton, has pushed him a long way away from what he had been doing all these days.. i.e., without worrying about his own records, playing the game in his own style is now broken..

People just love him, for what he is and not for what he will do.. When there is a lot of pressure getting built on him, and the expectations still growing, he will never be himself; which would push him from all the name and fame he has hard earned all these days..

It would be nice of him to make wise decision, which would still keep the enthu of people watching this game high, by the same time would keep him as himself.. i.e., Until there is cricket, only his glorious contributions to the game should be in the mind of people and not something tragic towards the end of his carrier..

There can be only one Sachin Tendulkar and let that be true always.. Happy Cricket .. :)
